Before I actually flew to Roxas City, there is only one thing in my mind: seafoods, seafoods, and some more seafoods!
This quiet and charming city of 126,352 residents (2000 census) holds the distinction as the Philippines Seafood Capital.

Experiencing Travel Batanes will never be complete without the freshest seafoods served on your dining table.
Batanes, being an island province teems with the best and the freshest seafoods. Everything is just readily available and at a price you would probably never believe.

When in Bacolod, dining at the Pala Pala is a must. The system can be compared to Dampa in Metro Manila where one buys the freshest fish, prawns fish, oysters and all at anearby market then have it cooked according to your preference for a minimal fee.
