Just recently, I attended the launch of the new Jollibee Chicken Barbecue at the the Astoria Plaza in ortigas. The event’s theme was Filipiniana. A great occasion in celebrating the Filipino Icons we have cherished over the years. Among them, the Barong Tagalong, the OPM music, the Pinoy Komiks, and of course the Pinoy favorite, Jollibee.

Since time immemorial, our parents would always tell us to eat heavy during breakfast for school. And up until today when we work in corporate offices. And yes we really know it by heart that breakfast is important. But preparing one early in the morning is a cumbersome task. One has to cut at least an hour of sleep just to cook breakfast.

I could hav been more merrier when I recently learned that the Mc Donald’s Twister Fries is back! Twister Fries is I guess one of the comfort foods that reminds me of the good old high school days.
