    Quan is one of the well-loved food shops in Bacolod City. Quan is actually more of a merienda shop than a full-time restaurant. The people loves their kakain, all sorts of it.

    The word Quan was taken from the tagalog “kuwan“. The word actually doesn’t mean anything, but just a filler in a sentence or a statement.

    Bacolod, being the capital of the sugar-producing province of Negros Occidental has been known for its sweet and delectable pastries. Even Ajay Jusay knows why I love my dear hometown so much!
