• Balamban Liempo, you want?

  A few months ago several Cebu-based bloggers where telling me about their new found discovery: An honest-to-goodness liempo cooked with secret herbs and spices.

  

  I have tried several variations of liempo before, but at the end of the day, they all look and taste the same to me.

  But the Balamban Liempo in Salinas Drive, Cebu City is different. By inspecting its meat and fat sections, it is pretty obvious that the liempo has been stuffed with an assortment of herbs and spices. Adn these has made the Balamban Liempo one of a kind and a must-try!

  

  For PHP160 a slab, I’d say the Balamban Liempo is a good price already. And guess how many slabs we were able to finish? My two Cebu blogger friends, and I were able to down 3 2 liempos in one sitting!

  Sarap Sobra! You should try this when you are in Cebu!
