  Brother’s Burger, the chain that started the burger revolution in the Philippines, reveals its crowning glory — The Brother’s Wagyu Burger!

  The Brother’s Wagyu Burger is a hand-ground, hand-shaped masterpiece made from premium quality Snake River Farms American Wagyu Beef flown in from the United States.

  

  Snake River Farms crosses its premiere Japanese Wagyu cattle with Black Angus cattle from its own herd. The cattle are raised along the high plain of the Snake River in Eastern Idaho, adopting many aspects of the heritage-steeped Japanese feeding method including a slow-paced and sustainable diet that includes Idaho potatoes, soft white wheat, corn and alfalfa hay, producing extremely tender beef that graces the palate like fine wine with complex flavors, subtle sweetness, and a lingering finish.

  

  This American Wagyu Beef difference can be tasted perfectly in each 220-gram Brothers Wagyu Burger patty, topped with a slice of cheddar cheese in a Kaiser bun after the requisite flame-broiling to a mouth-watering medium goodness. A side of romaine lettuce and organic tomatoes is included, as well as sliced onions for a fresh dimension to every bite. Each order of the Brothers Wagyu Burger comes with garlic fries.

  I swear, the Wagyu Burger is a real blast! The patty is so tender and juicy! It was cooked medium rare, and the aroma is so delicate!
