• Zespri kiwi has arrived in the Philippines!

  Kiwifruit is probably one of the newer fruits that I got to see in fruit stands. Actually only a few stalls have been selling these brown furry fruit since the demand is not really that high yet. And I must admit, I am not a big fan of the kiwi fruit. Not until a few days ago.

  During the press launch, I was so surprised to see how nutricious these little wonders are. With all the fibers, Vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes. It just simply beats my usual morning fruit which is banana.

  The kiwifruit may very well be the most convenient way to load up on vitamins and nutrients one needs to stay fit and full of life. Brimming with extreme amounts of nutrition, the kiwifruit is touted as the new “superfruit”.

  Do you know that a green kiwi and one kiwi gold has the same amount of potassium with one banana, twice the amount of Vitamin C in oranges and has the same amount of fiber just liek your usualy breakfast cereal.

  Now that’s what I call a superfruit! Now I must admit, I am not a big fan of the kiwifruit, especially the Zespri gold!
