• Fish & Co. unveils its newest Fish and Chips international flavors!

  A few weeks ago, I was invited to join the bloggers event at the Fish & Co. as they unveiled their latest offerings, The Fish around the World Platter and the new Fish and Chips Malaysian, Philadelphia, Indian and Japanese World Flavors.

  
  Fish Around the World Platter

  Its wasn’t jut a simple event where we will be served with the newest menu line and give a feedback to it. Event organizer Yehey! grouped us into four teams representing the four new flavors of Fish and Co’s Fish & Chips.

  I was assigned to join the Philadelphia team. We were given a grocery checklist for our food styling game and a budget of only 500 Pesos. Shopping under time pressure was exciting!

  Because we’re the Team Philadelphia, we plan to recreate our Fish and Chips as Philadelphia Cheese steak. One of the most popular foods in the City of Brotherly Love.

  But because we cannot find a melted cheese, we opted to use cheese cubes instead. We also bought other stuffs like carrots, onions, cherry tomatoes, and a whole lot more.

  

  Everyone did their part. Some do the styling, Some slice peppers, while others chop some onions. It was really a team effort.

  After the food styling game, we were then served with the Around the World Platter while the team from Yehey! are having a hard time selecting the winner.

  

  And just before the event ended, the Philadelphia team was picked as the winner!

  Fish & Co. started in 1998 in Singapore. The restaurant was well received and liked by the people. Encouraged by the positive response, Fish & Co. then expanded its business until Sept 2005 it opened it first store in the Philippines in Greenbelt 3.

  

  A month later it opened its second branch in Shangri-la Mall. Today, Fish & Co. has four outlets in the Philippines, including one in Mall of Asia and another in Trinoma.

   that Philadelphia presentation is really mouth-watering especially seeing the cheese bits almost drop from the basket. mmmm…
