An afternoon cup of Frozen Yogurt at the White Hat
Nov 18This is not the first time that I have been to White Hat Frozen Yogurt shop in Mall of Asia. So, more or less I already know what to expect when my Italian Frozen Yogurt is served to me.
But it was my sister’s first time to be there. Last Saturday, after we got tired of strolling at the mall, I asked my sister where we can have our merienda. She didn’t have any particular food in mind that time, while I was already eyeing the White Hat Yogurt. But I was sort of reluctant to bring her there, as she might not like it. I have never ever seen her consume a yogurt before, so she might just get disappointed at White Hat’s offerings.
When we went to the store, I give her a short briefing on how to order, which yogurt size, and toppings she want.

Assorted Toppings to choose from! She got a small cup of yogurt topped with cashew nuts, while I got a large cup of yogurt topped with granola and pinipig. Granola has always been my favourite, and it has always been a regular fixture on my White Hat cups.

Frozen Yogurt topped with CashewI was really surprised to see my sister enjoying her frozen yogurt snack. I tried her yogurt with cashew and the flavour is really interesting. The bitter aftertaste of cashew actually complements the sourness of the yogurt.
But my order was the winner that Saturday afternoon! The pinipig is just so good! It was really really crispy that you can still hear it crunch even after it has been soaked in yogurt for while. The pinipig tries to soften the sourness of the yogurt, while the granola adds sweetness the frozen snack.
My sister also liked it. She can’t help but scoop some more yogurt from my cup!
White Hat Frozen Italian Yogurt is located at the 2nd level Entertainment Mall, Mall of Asia, Pasay City. They have also just opened another branch at the Robinson’s Place Manila.

I love White Hat too. My fave combination is anything with fruits on it, and the dark choco bits. =)
